Sunrise Couples Session in Positano, Italy
On my last day in Positano. I got to spend my morning with Dani and Yevhen doing the cutest sunrise session ever! They were seriously the sweetest couple and were naturals in front of the camera.
Before I get into their session, let’s talk about Italy…
Italy was AMAZING. The views were absolutely insane everywhere I turned. The food and wine were some of the best I’ve had, and the beach was incredibly relaxing. I spent about two weeks around Naples, Capri, and the Amalfi Coast/Positano. After Italy I spent another week traveling Germany to visit my family. I felt so at home there. I have to admit, the food in Germany suited me a lot better than the food in Italy, but you can’t beat Italy’s wine selection for sure! I chose not to bring much home since my suitcase was already totally overpacked. I ended up bringing home some chocolate, a stunning wool jacket, and a pair of earrings from Capri. I think I’ve worn them every day since I got back.
Okay, okay, enough about Italy and Germany.
Dani and Yevhen - absolute MODELS.
We started the session at the bottom of the stairs, on the rocky beach. We did a ton of playful poses and had them pick out rocks for each other which was super cute!! I am obsessed with how the photos turned out!! After spending some time on the beach, we moved onto the staircase right next door to do some more editorial posing. I absolutely love getting a mix of poses that are unique to each couple. Their outfits were so cute and perfectly meshed with my photography style, so we had a lot of fun experimenting with new poses and prompts.
Shortly after the session I had to catch a ferry back to Naples for my flight home so you KNOW I spent that extra time editing these pictures right away. They were too good not to!
Dani and Yevhen, THANK YOU for modeling for me and a few other photographers, it was such an amazing session and really challenged my creative side in the best way possible.
